Micro craters?

Opened a fresh jar this morning and these small craters were found!

Since Christmas Day we have opened two consecutive jars with craters...... going for a " hat trick " ?

New jar, new craters!

Heath showed me these great craters he found when a fresh jar of Vegemite was opened this morning!

It's been a while....

It's been a while since I have posted any dark side craters, mainly due to a shortage of cratered Vegemite in our household. But here are a couple of recent discoveries.....

Just had a VLT for lunch..... not bad at all :)

...alas no craters in our jars for a while, just opened a fresh jar (with the Australia Logo) but no craters :(

Found this nice crater / ripple effect upon opening our latest jar this morning.... I like the symetry :)

Vegemite chips

Seriously enjoying these Vegemite flavoured chips!

Found some craters this morning when I opened a fresh jar... it's going to be a great day!

I have seen it!

I have now seen the new Cheesybite for sale at one of our local supermarkets!...alongside some slightly older stock of iSnack 2.0.....

...and on top of this... the same day the BigW in the same centre had some jars of "name me" with an expiry of 3/2/2010 (2 days to eat it!!!) for sale....hmmmmm.

The latest Vegemite craters......

...Oh yes, and there is still no sign of Cheesybite at my local supermarket...still selling NoName and iSnack 2.0.....

The biggest crater ....

Of course, the biggest crater you will find in your jar of Vegemite is this one......

an empty jar!

Curiously, that last bit of Vegemite you scrape out from under the rim always seems to taste the best....I don't know why, it just does!

Perhaps it's the taste buds anticipation of your hard earned scrapings from the empty jar?

Still Waiting

I am still yet to see a jar of Cheesybite on the shelves at the supermarket. In fact today when I had a good look, I noted that not only are they still selling "iSnack 2.0" but they still have stock of "Name Me" !!!!
Do you think the whole "Cheesybite" thing was just a scam to make us buy more name me, isnack2.0 ???

...used to play this one at the video game arcade when I was a teenager..(yeah, that long ago!)... enjoy!

Hot Off The Presses ...(and onto the toast!)

...it has been a while since I've had any craters in my Vegemite, but tonight I felt like a snack (I'm waiting up late for Michelle to arrive back from a trip to Melbourne with her friends) and as luck would have it I needed to crack open a new jar as the last of the old jar was used on the 'potholes' breakfast. And there they were!...a long time coming but some good craters!
