John's Coot-tha Craters

Thanks to John for this photo of newly discovered dark side craters.

John writes:

"Last night I was at Mt Coot-Tha, showing people what the Moon looks like through a telescope. Coincidentally, I opened a jar of Vegemite for lunch today. They both looked a bit like this!"

I hope you didn't eat the whole jar for lunch though....

Barely a Crater

This jar revealed a small crater like subsidence and some nice ripples radiating from a slightly leaning peak of mitey tastiness.

Reminds me of a slo-mo or freeze frame of a water droplet hitting still water!

Lone Crater

Eclipse with a Small Singular Crater

This is a potato quality close up of a very small crater found in our latest jar.....

The yellow edge reminds me of the sun breaking out from behind the moon during an eclipse!

This is a customized Promotional Jar I received for my birthday earlier this month. I don't know whether I will ever open it! So it may well be a Schrödinger's Jar, having both craters and no craters until opened?
